Two new locations for Mammoet

Mammoet has opened a new office in São Paulo, Brazil, replacing its previous premises in the city. The new office will serve as the regional headquarters for South America.

In Europe, Mammoet has opened a new crane depot in the Port of Antwerp.

Christiaan Lavooij, managing director of Mammoet Latin America, said: “We are on target in developing Mammoet’s activities in the region, and further expanding our business by providing a full range of services in support of our clients’ complex projects. In addition to operations in Chile, Colombia and Venezuela, we also opened new offices in Bolivia and Rio de Janeiro, reinforcing our local presence even more.”

In Europe, the new crane depot in the port of Antwerp is intended to improve service to customers in the area and support the company’s growth with cranes based in the vicinity of the petrochemical, container shipment and dredging industry.

Director Luc van Bogaert said: “Our new depot in Antwerp strengthens our position in this leading port. It supports our mission of being a worldwide service provider, which is also close to its customers and provides a service tailored to local needs.”
