New CFO for Sarens

Belgium based heavy lifting and transportation company Sarens has appointed Magnus Björkman as its chief financial officer.

Björkman joins from the manufacturing division of Vestas Wind Systems where he was chief financial officer for the past four and a half years. Prior to Vestas he spent more than 12 years, holding various finance positions, within the Volvo Construction group.

Sarens chief executive Wim Sarens, said: “I am convinced that Magnus Björkman brings the right talents and experiences to the role of CFO as we continue to strengthen our focus on financial and management control, hence supporting our further worldwide growth.”
