Boom truck overturns

A boom truck placing building materials overturned on Milwaukee’s East Side yesterday. The crane’s boom landed on several cars completely writing-off at least one of them, and also damaged a street light and power lines.

The scene in Milwaukee after the crane tipped

Two people were trapped in one of the cars but any injuries were minor and they refused any medical treatment. No further details are available, but it looks as though the outriggers were not set on the side it tipped over on.
