40 years for Tadano fraudster

Anthony Chiofalo, the ex-vice president of legal affairs at Tadano America has been sentenced to 40 years imprisonment.

Chiofalo, 52, accepted a plea bargain after pleading guilty to having stolen more than $9 million from Tadano, by issuing and paying fraudulent legal invoices.
