Ramirent acquires safety business

Ramirent has acquired a 50.1 percent stake in Safety Solutions Jonsereds, a Swedish company specialised in developing and planning fall protection and safety systems for the construction industry.

Safety Solutions Jonsereds employs 16 across four locations in Sweden and Finland. The company is owned by Accent Equity 2008 Fund which will hold the rest of the equity. Ramirent has a seven year option to acquire some or all of Accent’s holding.
