10th anniversary for Partnerlift

The German co-operative association of independent rental companies, Partnerlift held its 10th annual general meeting at the end of March.

Over 100 members attended the Partnerlift meeting in Weimar

Over 100 members attended the event in Weimar with the meeting also serving as the official hand over by long-time director Monika Metzner to Kai Schliephake - see: Schliephake moves to Partnerlift . Members at the meeting were also informed that the organisation will move into new premises in Osterholz-Scharmbeck on May 1st.

The association says that its members now operate a combined fleet of over 15,000 units from 150 rental locations, with 1,450 employees. Well over half the fleet is made up of aerial work platforms. The members also confirmed plans to invest over 53.2 million in over 1,200 new aerial lifts in 2014,

Partnerlift is currently looking at further expansion of its network, both geographically and into new equipment sectors, including mobile cranes and forklifts.
