New location for Able

US rental company Able Equipment of Long Island, New York has opened a third location in the Philadelphia area.

The new branch is located in Pennsauken, New Jersey, and will serve Southern New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and the Delaware region.

The 1.5 acre plot, includes a 900 square metre (10,000 sq. ft), two story building, the depot will include products from the company’s range, including aerial lifts, telehandlers and mini-cranes. It is located strategically near all major routes and highways, including Routes 73, 38 & 70, I-90, I-295, I-676, and the New Jersey Turnpike. It's also minutes away from all area bridges to Philadelphia.

Able co­-founder and treasurer Steven Laganas said: "Everyone on the Able team is thrilled to be entering the Philadelphia market. We researched and toured several facilities in the area before committing to the property in Pennsauken. From a business point of view it really made sense for us to come here because of its relative location to Philadelphia, as well its ability to attract customers from the region's strong customer base. Also, the physical structure itself is a perfect fit for the type of business we're in."

Vice president Mike Cohan added: "Our goal is to provide a superior level of customer service, while ensuring that our equipment is always in exceptional working condition. Able was founded in 1996 in Deer Park, Long Island, and has another location is in Edison, New Jersey.
