New ops manager for Dueco

US based utility lifting equipment supplier Dueco has appointed Michael Johnson as operations manager at its Waukesha production facility.
Dueco is the largest independent distributor and mounting agent for Terex Utilities products, including cranes, platforms, bucket trucks and digger derricks.

In his new role Johnson will be responsible for plant operations including supply chain function, material procurement, scheduling, capacity planning, production scheduling, customised fabrication and manufacturing, final-stage assembly and delivery of truck-mounted utility equipment.

A six Sigma specialist, he joined Dueco in 2010 from Maysteel a sheet metal enclosures manufacturer, Viasystems -printed circuit boards and Supersteel, a steel fabricator serving the construction and agricultural industries.
