Bradley Abrahams

He began his career with access rental company Instant Access in Sydney, Australia back in 1995, and then moved to the UK in 2001, joining the Meek group as regional sales manager. He joined JLG UK in 2004, and then moved to Glo Hire for a short period in 2006, before joining Genie and moving to the Middle East. He left Terex in 2010, moving back to Australia where he re-joined Instant Access on an interim basis, before moving to Merlo Australia as general manager.

The new product support centre is staffed with an experienced and diverse team of service technicians to provide training, technical support and parts fulfillment for all Terex cranes to distributors and key customers in the region.

It is strategically located in south west Singapore, close to some of the largest lifting contractors in Asia and Singapore’s future port location. The facility is shared with Terex AWP/Genie, Terex Construction and Terex Material Handling and Port Solutions.

Terex Cranes president Tim Ford said: “We are committed to improving product support and becoming easier to do business with. The appointment of Bradley Abrahams and our new product support location in Singapore are important milestones that will enable us to support our distributors to deliver an outstanding level of service to our customers.”

“Having had experience in leading customer responsive teams in overseas branches, I am confident that with the team and resources we have in South East Asia, we will be able to deliver first class responsiveness,” added Abrahams.

The move is part of the company’s transition towards a regional based organisation.
