Teupen appoints Riwal Brazil

German spider, trailer and truck mounted lift manufacturer Teupen has appointed Riwal as its exclusive distributor in Brazil.

As a distributor Riwal will be responsible for all sales, marketing, training and after sales support in the Brazilian market. Target markets will be rental companies as well as end users engaged in facility management in sectors such as retail, hotels and governmental institutions.

Riwal chief executive Norty Turner said: “Within the Riwal Group, we have extensive expertise with the Teupen equipment in our rental fleet and are very pleased with its quality and performance. Our highly motivated team will be able to extensively develop the business for spiderlifts in the Brazilian market.”

Teupen chief executive Michael Scheuss added: “We consider Brazil as an important growth market for our product range and we are pleased that a progressive company such as Riwal will be representing our brand.”
