Rams for UK Tool Hire

Rental company UK Tool Hire has ordered a significant number of 20 metre Ram Gemini 20:35PTJ truck mounted lifts from UK dealer Height Lift & Shift.

The first unit has already been delivered with delivery of the next three platforms planned for April and May, with additional units to follow throughout the summer months. Mounted on a 3.5 tonne Nissan Cabstar chassis the 20:35PTJ offers 11 metres of outreach, an articulated jib and radio remote controls.

A cold and frosty demonstration persuaded UK Tool Hire to order a Ram Gemini 20:35PTJ

UK Tool Hire operates from two locations in Nottingham and Ilkeston in Derbyshire, and rents a wide variety of self-propelled and trailer type aerial lifts but only now expanding its self-drive truck mounted rental range.

John Wilkinson, managing director and owner of UK Tool Hire said: “We ordered the first machine following a demonstration at a frost-covered Access Alliance meeting at HLS in Leeds, the Gemini has been well received by our staff and customers, who love its ease of use and unique flush mount basket.”
