750 tonner for Knaack

Hamburg, Germany-based crane rental company Knaack-Krane has celebrated its 50th anniversary by adding a 750 tonne Liebherr LTM 1750-9.1 All Terrain crane to its fleet.

Complying with 12 tonne axle loads, the nine-axle crane is able to carry its 52 metre telescopic boom on public roads. The company said its short erection times and a wide range of transport weights and axle load versions make it ideal for jobs in the industrial, construction and wind power markets. Following its delivery the crane headed straight to its first job assembling wind turbines at Stößen-Teuchern wind farm, near Leipzig.
