Sany America CEO quits

Tim Frank has resigned as chairman and chief executive of Sany America barely 12 months after joining the company. See Sany appoints chairman

Sany has yet to make any formal announcement about Frank’s departure, but he has issued a statement that said: “I enjoyed my time getting to know the Sany people and culture. I am proud that together we achieved record sales and profit in the U.S. during my time with the company. However, the time has come for me to move on.”
