Ladder mania

Spotted in Hermanus, Western Cape, South Africa, last week five or six men with three ladders, patching up the façade of a building.

The two men up the ladders were carrying large buckets of mortar, while men on the ground attempted to ‘foot’ the ladders.

Five or six men and three ladders - not exactly uber efficient or safe

The man footing the shorter ladder, which is resting on the inclined roof was apparently struggling to stop the base from slipping or moving on the tiles.
