Not high enough

Spotted in Wellingborough in the UK a contractor using a scaffold tower that was simply too short for the job, the solution?

The tower is too short, so a ladder is used to reach the roof

An added ladder, but then the two men using the scaffold wandered around on a fragile roof without using roof boards. In the words of our correspondent:

On the roof and no boards

“Thursday 1st August two guys fixing a skylight on an industrial unit in Wellingborough Northamptonshire with no edge protection and no roof boards. Their choice of access is even worse! Working for a local powered access company I know for a fact there are options minutes away that would have been far safer!”

Definitely one for our Death Wish series.
