Open Crane Interest Group meeting

The Construction Plant Association (CPA), the UK's crane rental association, has announced it will hold its annual Crane Interest Group meeting on Tuesday 17th September at the Nuthurst Grange Hotel, Hockley Heath, Warwickshire.

The meeting, which is open to all, will include talks from Tim Watson, Kevin Minton and Brent Bolton who will provide HSE and Strategic Forum Plant Safety Group updates as well as addressing the subject of using cranes to lift people for entertainment purposes.

CPA chief executive Colin Wood will also talk about the Driver CPC issue for mobile cranes and the proposed European crane operators license with John Hallows and Peter Brown discussing any CIT B/CPCS updates.
