German rental company Schaz Kranbetriebe has added a second Grove crane - a 130 tonne capacity GMK5130-2 - to its fleet.

“We work on many different projects across the region so we need cranes that are quick to set up and easy to use,” said managing director Gerd Schaz. “Grove cranes are very cost-effective to operate and allow us to take on more jobs.”

With its 60 metre main boom and 11 tonnes counterweight the GMK5130-2 will be used across the local region as a taxi crane, offering 10 tonnes capacity on the fully extended main boom.
