Iron Planet adds Benelux rep

Online equipment auction specialist Iron Planet has appointed Jethran Roeten as its new representative for the Benelux region.

He joins the company from Prima Equipment, the earthmoving and construction equipment export company, where he began as sales & marketing manager later becoming general sales manager. Prior to this, he worked at the Emeco Group, EMV International and Exact Software.

In his role as Benelux country manager Roeten will be responsible for the trade of IronPlanet stock throughout the region, as well as the consignment of equipment from Benelux onto IronPlanet’s online Marketplace.

Iron Planet’s major accounts director for Europe Felipe Fernández-Urrutia Massó said: “Jethran has over 18 years’ experience working in the international used equipment industry, especially throughout Benelux – making him a perfect fit to grow IronPlanet’s business in this region.
