Ramirent raises €100 million

Finnihs based international rental company Ramirent has raised €100 million through the issue of a six year senior unsecured bond.

The bond matures on 21st March 2019 and carries a fixed annual interest at the rate of 4.375 percent. The bond offering was significantly oversubscribed and allocated to approximately 60 investors. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Chief financial officer Jonas Söderkvist said: “We are delighted with this successful inaugural six year bond issue and the confidence credit investors have shown in the company. This bond issue extends the maturity profile of Ramirent’s debt portfolio and diversifies our financing base”.
