Robin Williamson: 1959 – 2013
We have received the sad news of the death of Robin Williamson a well-respected UK crane technician.
Known to his friends as Bob or Bobby, he died at home on Thursday 28th February.

Robin ‘Bob’ Williamson
Much liked and highly regarded in the UK crane industry he was a long-standing employee of Manitowoc having joined the business 1986. The company said: “Colleagues and customers alike appreciated Bob’s professionalism, specialised knowledge, charm and dedication, particularly among those in Ireland where Bob worked for several years.”
His funeral will be held on Monday 18th March at 13:00 at Dukinfield Crematorium, Hall Green Road, Dukinfield, SK16 4EP, UK. All are welcome to attend. Family flowers only.

I had the pleasure of working with bob a number of times in southern ireland , a true gentleman! my condolences to his family.

I feel very privileged to have worked with Bob many times in Ireland, we often had tough times but it was always fogotten in the pub afterwards.
I am sure the people who knew him will agree he will be sadly missed
