CTE appoints Spanish dealer

Italian based access specialist CTE has appointed construction equipment distributor MOPSA (Maquinaria de Obras Públicas) as its dealer for Spain.

The company will be responsible for CTE’s full range of B-Lift and ZED truck mounted platforms as well as its Traccess spider lifts. It will also provide CTE’s after sales service throughout the Iberian Peninsula.

MOPSA’s sales director Luis Alfonso Gonzalez said: “We think this new project is very interesting for our customers and has allowed us to expand our range of machines with innovative and very competitive products.”

MOPSA is now responsible for CTE’s range of truck mounted platforms as well as spider lifts

Established in 1961 the Madrid based company primarily distributes road construction equipment, although until 2010 it was one of Grove’s longest serving distributors – see Grove goes direct in Spain.

Since the loss of Grove it has added the distribution of Sinoboom aerial work platforms and scissor lifts and Maeda mini cranes and offers a full range of insulated work platforms with superstructures supplied by Altec. It also operates a crane and access rental fleet and supplies replacement parts for a wide range of cranes and aerial lifts.
