New Co.Me.t platforms arrive in UK

Affordable Access, the specialist tracked and 4x4 rental company and UK distributor for Co.Me.t access equipment in the UK, has taken delivery of several new platforms.
First is the all new ESK X4 - a 12 metre, sideways stowed platform mounted on a 5.2 tonne Iveco chassis. The lift's sideways design leaves most of the chassis free for the mounting of a large tipper/chipper body with good carrying capacity.
The company has also taken delivery of the smaller 4x4 X4 model mounted on Mitsubishi L200 chassis. This can either be an open pick-up or have lockable storage compartments if required.
Other new platforms currently being built for the company include the new Ford Ranger chassis with the ESK 14/2/6 HQ and two 28 metre platforms with 250-280kg platform capacity mounted on 6.5 tonne 4x4 Fuso Canter chassis.
A larger 31 metre platform mounted on a similar chassis is also in progress. Both are based on the existing 22 metre unit.
