RB prepares six day auction

Ritchie Brothers is preparing a six day unreserved auction at its auction site in Orlando, Florida next week.

More than 9,200 machines, trucks and heavy equipment are up for auction on its 200 acre site. Close to 500 boom and scissor lifts will go under the hammer on its first day (Feb 18th) with around 100 cranes and boom trucks being auctioned on the third (Feb 20th).

Steve Kriebel, Ritchie Bros’ regional sales manager, said: "This auction is our biggest auction of the year and it has truly become a global event - last year we registered more than 8,600 bidders from 88 countries. The auction is open to the public so we encourage everyone who loves heavy equipment to come visit us during the week!"

There are no minimum bids and no reserve prices. Bids can be made in person at the auction site, online in real time at rbauction.com or by proxy.
