Allegiance acquires USA Mobile Crane

Allegiance Crane & Equipment of Pompano Beach, Florida has acquired USA Mobile Crane of San Antonio, Texas.

Allegiance, which is owned by Prophet Equity, offers a wide range of cranes for rent, including a full line of tower cranes – both conventional and luffing up to 650 tonne/metres - a modern crawler crane fleet up to 400 tonnes, All Terrains and rack and pinion hoists. The company works out of two locations Pompano Beach and Houston, Texas.

USA Mobile Crane runs a fleet of mobile cranes ranging from 60 to 225 tons capacity from two locations - San Antonio and Carrizo Springs, Texas, with a focus on the oil and gas industry. 50 former USA Mobile Crane employees have joined Allegiance.

The combined business will operate as Allegiance Crane & Equipment with a fleet of over 100 cranes and hoists.
