Tadano adds to US support team

Tadano America has added to its South and Central American product support team, with the appointment of three new parts and service staff members.

Pedro Delao joins the Houston based operation as a service engineer, he is fluent in English and Spanish and understands technical German. Prior to his position with Tadano, he worked with crane manufacturers, including foundation crane specialist Bauer-Pileco.

Marco Gonzalez was appointed as a service engineer earlier this year and brings 17 years of technical experience to the company. He speaks fluent English and Spanish. Prior to joining Tadano, Marco was employed with a material-handling manufacturer.

Juanita Mendoza has joined the Tadano as a replacement parts representative. In her new position, she will translate and communicate with customers and dealers in South and Central America. She is fluent in English and Spanish and previously worked in healthcare and education.
