Tadano America strengthens support team

Tadano America promoted Tony Trosclair to general manager customer support earlier this year and has now appointed John Seisser as service manager western region.

Trosclair will manage after sales support in the Americas, supervising a staff of 33 in the United States and Canada and act as a liaison between Tadano America and the company’s production facilities in Japan and Germany. He joined Tadano in 2006 after 20 years with the United States Army.

Seisser will oversee service activity in central and western United States, Central America and South America. He was previously with the United States Navy as a mechanic and maintenance manager.

Both men are based at the company’s Houston, Texas offices.
