Manitex to raise $4 million

Manitex International, the boom trucks to CVS Ferrari reach-stacker group, has announced a rights issue in order to raise just over $4 million in new equity through the sale of 500,000 new shares at $8.25 each to certain investors.

The proceeds from the offering will be used to pay down some of the company’s long-term debt.
