David Smith, president of Snorkel North America, said: "We are really pleased to welcome Steve back to Snorkel. Steve knows this industry inside out and he has a fantastic track record of developing new product distribution channels."
Watts added: "I am delighted to be back on the Snorkel team and re-joining some of my former colleagues, at a really exciting time for the company. The Snorkel product range has more strength and depth than ever before and I look forward to sharing these benefits with a new generation of Snorkel customers."
