How’s this for cribbing?

A reader sent us the attached example from Malta of cribbing under outriggers that leaves a great deal to be desired. Certainly a Death Wish.

He said that he took to the photo a few years ago of the Coles truck crane working on a slope in one of the towns. The photo really says it all, the stack of concrete blocks – six high - under the front jack is one of the most extreme cases we have ever seen.
The crane was pouring concrete on a new build.
