Crane in the drink

A lattice boomed crawler crane ended up in a Canadian Lake on Saturday after the bridge it was crossing collapsed.

The crane ended up in the water


The crane was working on an upgrade to the causeway over Buffalo Pound Lake, north of Moose Jaw in Saskatchewan, Canada.

The operator felt the crane begin to go and managed to jump clear and run off of the bridge deck section before it gave way. No one was hurt in the incident.
